  • Having trouble logging in

    The name of our organization recently changed and with it, so did our email addresses. When we go to https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com/, we are only able to enter our old email address (it obviously does not recognize our new address). The emails sent to our old email are supposed to be forwarded to our new email indefinitely but we have tried a couple of times and never received the code. How do I change my email address for the Connect Organization Login?

    Simply login to the https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com (with your old email address) >> Launcher (top right corner) >> Settings >> Users (left sidebar)>> here you may change the email address of respective users and save the changes.

    If you don't have access to your old email address then you need to submit a support ticket here requesting the change of email and organization name.
