  • Accepted Cards

    In configuring our Connect account for integration with Salesforce, I accidentally de-selected Discover from the list of accepted cards in our account (Mirror Stage 18837), and it no longer shows as an option to select. Now only AmEx and eCheck are showing up as options in the Accepted Cards settings--see attached screen shot--and we would like to accept Mastercard, VISA, and Discover, as well as AmEx and eChecks. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

      It does now show Discover--thank you. But it doesn't show Mastercard or VISA: it does have a Custom selection added, however. See attached screen shot.

        Yes, those two are default included and won't show in the list.

          When I had initially logged into the Legacy Portal, they showed up on the list, but were greyed out. I should've thought to double-check there, first; just making sure they hadn't disappeared along with Discover. Thank you.
