    Hello,

    We use a customized donation form via PAAS and make use of SKU's to direct gifts to campaigns in Salesforce.

    My problem is that the receipts that come from Connect do not show me what campaign the gift is assigned to and I believe it's because we are using custom forms with SKUs.

    When a gift is made, is the receipt firing before the Custom Question Mapping is processed? We can't see the campaign because we are mapping from SKU.

    Can we include SKUs in the receipt? Can you make it so I can add the SKU in my receipts so that we are able to tell what the gift is for?

    The Receipt Builder in Connect does not have SKU as an available option - you could post this as a suggested feature in our 'New Ideas and Suggestions' group.

    You can add the Campaign to the receipt; however, I see that you are a Salesforce customer, so you're probably looking for what Salesforce campaign it will be assigned.

    You can create an autoresponder in Salesforce, and then you would be able to include the Salesforce Campaign in the email template you create in C&P Designer. For more information on how to set up an autoresponder, check out our Autoresponder Tutorial.

      Yes, we already use Autoresponders for the receipts that go to donors.

      We use the connect receipts for internal notification of gifts, which is why it would be helpful for us to be able to see which SKU is associated with the gift.

      Yes, I am looking for the connect receipt to either show me the SKU associated with the gift or the actual Salesforce campaign. If not SKU, why can't the receipt reflect the Salesforce campaign?

        You can request that SKU be added to the receipt as suggested feature in our 'New Ideas and Suggestions' group. I think the idea's chances to be adopted are good, and I will discuss with Developers today.

        Adding Salesforce Campaign to the Receipt is much less likely. Going forward, all decisions about how Salesforce data is created will be in the Donor Management app.
        The feature to assign a Salesforce Campaign in Connect will be deprecated.

        To accommodate those who DO have Salesforce Campaigns in Connect:
        1. Go to C&P Donor Management (PaaS) > C&P Settings > Opportunity > Primary Campaign
        2. Create a Campaign rule and set it to 'use Transaction Campaign' (aka the Salesforce Campaign designated in the Connect Campaign Details).

        Receipts from Connect are issued as soon as someone clicks 'Buy Now' on the form and the bank authorizes it - during the 'data cascade', the receipt cannot know what Salesforce Campaign will be assigned when data gets to Salesforce.
