Re-setting global fundraising totals for existing fundraisers on Connect

Hi,

Is it possible to reset a fundraisers "money-raised totals" back to $0, as if they were fundraising for us for the first time? We use the peer-to-peer fundraising platform for only one campaign a year. We have several fundraisers who participated in the 2017 iteration of this campaign participating again this year. Even though I have made the campaign we used in 2017 inactive, and removed all the fundraisers from it, their global fundraising totals are still showing the amounts from last year. This has confused people, since it makes it look like they have already made progress toward their goal this year. Is there any way to reset their fundraising totals, so we can start from scratch with a leaderboard only showing the amounts raised in 2018?

Would you please share the Campaigns name of inactive and Active so that we can review the fundraisers raised total? Also, if possible share the screenshots you are referring to so that we can better assist you.

Regarding the Dashboard, it will show the average amount raised by fundraisers for the current year till date and also it will compare and display the last year average raised amount by fundraisers with the same date.

I have attached a screenshot showing the two campaigns I am referring to. It is essentially the tow iterations of the same fundraiser, one for 2017 and one for 2018.

The leaderboard I was referring to is the one on our organization Connect page, listing our top fundraisers and what they have raised. I have attached a screenshot of that as well. Since we only have one active campaign that we are using the peer to peer fundraisers for, it makes it look like these are their current year totals. We would rather set all of our fundraisers back to zero to avoid confusion. I thought that making last year's campaign inactive would do this, but our active fundraisers still have the amounts raised last year in their global profile. Can this be reset?

Ah, that is Organizations page leaderboard. In this case, we can't change that to zero since the total raised amount is based on Fundraiser not for specific Campaign.

One more question: I had the livestream for a campaign set to Show-Moderated, but can't figure out how to approve the postings! Where do I go to do this?

You may approve that going to the respective transaction detail page and change the status.
