Custom Receipts not working. SalesForce campaign not working.

  • Custom Receipts not working. SalesForce campaign not working.

    I have multiple accounts full of campaigns that no longer send their configured receipt. For some reason it is sending the default receipt instead.
    In addition to that the donations are no longer getting into SalesForce with a campaign. I had a developer check what XML C&P is sending to SalesForce and these fields are completely missing from the bundle now.

    PLEASE HELP this is a big deal and impacts a lot of customers and employees at my organization.

      One of my clients is having the same problem - they had perfectly set receipts in Connect, and thought they had the campaigns associated. Then starting over the weekend the system started sending out the default receipt instead.

        I am also having the same problem. 5/31 the custom receipts fired correctly but on 6/4 all of my events and campaigns are sending the default receipts. I also put in a ticket with C&P Support but have not heard anything back.

          We have fixed the issue. Moving forward the associated receipts in Connect Campaign will be sent.

            Hello,

            I did a test this morning and can confirm the custom receipt fix is working, however the SalesForce campaign is still not working.

              I am having the same problem as Eric. We are currently receiving the correct receipts, however the campaign is not attaching to the transaction record. So if someone donates to Breakfast of Family Champions, the corresponding campaign is not showing up in the Salesforce Transaction record.

              We have our C&P set up for C&P to have access to our account. I appreciate your help!

                    We reviewed and found that the above transaction has been processed from Gravity Forms and we need FTP and Admin details to review the GF settings for Campaign.

                    Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

                      Hi Danielle and Eric,

                      I have been able to confirm the fix is live, and Opportunities on new transactions are getting the correct Campaign. Please verify that this is the behavior you see as well. If you want to correct the data for the existing transactions that did not receive Campaign information, you would need to delete each Order number in C&P Maintenance, and repost it from Connect. If you want to provide a list of these order numbers and if we have access granted in Salesforce, we can do this for you.

                      Alternatively, you could just update the information on the Opportunities. This will create an inconsistency in your data with Transactions (if reviewed later, the C&P Data and Transaction records will not reflect the Opportunity campaign data), but it may be more convenient.

                      Please let us know if you'd like us to update the existing transactions if so, provide the order numbers that have been affected.
