Custom receipts not being sent

  • Custom receipts not being sent

    Over the weekend all of our donation receipts reverted back to the default. I've checked all of our settings on the backend and our customized receipts are selected everywhere they should be. Any insight into why this might be happening?

    We reviewed and found it is set to custom receipt now. However, if you share a couple of order numbers so that we can review it.
