    Hi,

    Posting a couple questions. Happy to separate them out into their own posts if that's easiest.

    1) On our Connect pages, donation amounts aren't showing correctly. For example, a gift will show as $37.5 instead of $37.50. How do we correct this? (You can see the issue at https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...ign/alumni2018)

    2) If we give people the option to pay the fee, ideally their gift amount would show up on Connect as what they originally gave before the fee. Is this possible?

    3) Ideally in their thank you it would only include the amount they gave before the fee. Is this possible?

    1. I have forwarded this to our developers to see the possibilities to show two digits after the decimal.

    2 & 3. NO, it is not possible.

      Thanks. Looking forward to what the developers find out about the decimal issue.

      More questions about processing fees:

      1) These are coming into Salesforce as two separate opportunities. Is there a way to make them come in as a single, combined opportunity?
      2) These are showing up on our bank statement as two separate transactions. Are we going to be charged C&P transaction fees for each? If so, that kind of negates the point as the processing fee donors are trying to help us offset really just creates a new, smaller processing fee and double the reconciliation work for our accounting department.

        It does NOT charge to the bank as a separate transaction. But it can be a line item on the receipt, so it can create a separate opportunity. However if you please join us at Live Support so that we can see whats going on.

          I am having the same problem as the system is dropping the zero for prices like $37.50. Has any progress been made on showing the full dollar amount?

            Yes, the above has been addressed but for the Connect Forms. However, in the next update, the changes will reflect for Campaign pages as well.
