We have a person trying to make a donation but his card is being declined or marked as fraud. Everything checks out he is a legitimate person trying to make a donation. They made multiple attempts to donate but were declined every time. One thing is that it's coming from another country, not sure if that plays a factor. We want to know why it's being marked as fraud or being declined.

Details of fraud detection and blocking are not discussed on the open forum since anyone can read this and naturally we do not want to discuss causes for such block.
As I am sure you are aware nonprofits are victims of fraud and real time credit card authentication on a constant basis. Sorry that your donor is being blocked as false positives are quite inconvenient and annoying. Once we have the support ticket we will reply with details.Regards,
