C&P Connect campaigns are no longer linking to SF Campaign.

  • C&P Connect campaigns are no longer linking to SF Campaign.

    We have many Connect Pages/Campaigns that are assigned/linked to Salesforce Campaigns. We received a notice on Wed Night that our C&P instance (Your request to install package "Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service Spring 18" was successful. After that upgrade, it appears that our Click and Pledge Connect campaigns are no longer sending transactions to the correct Salesforce Campaign. We have a campaign in Salesforce where transactions go if they don't have a campaign assigned to them, it's called the General Donation Campaign. Pretty much every C&P donation to our 37969 C&P account has landed in that campaign since the upgrade instead of the correct one. Here's a link to that campaign:

    I spoke with Amanda on the support call today and she recommended I post to the forum. I've made sure you have access to our Org.

    Chris,

    The behavior change with the latest release resolved an issue with Events; however, we're going to get a change out ASAP to change this behavior so that for Connect forms, it will operate as it did before. We will notify you here when we are ready to upgrade your instance to sort out the issue.

        Update: We are still working on a new release that can retain the resolution of the Event issue, but will resume the Salesforce campaign assignments you specify in Connect. Hang tight.

            We have upgraded your instance with a beta version that should correct the behavior; however, we want to do some further testing - so we may need to upgrade you again.
