Hi team,
I'm new to Click & Pledge, so please bear with me if I was unable to locate an answer for this.
We wanted to tailor the social share message for our campaign - we only have one campaign/one giving form at present - but when testing out the share function, it is not pulling the information we put in. It's simply defaulting to the Connect C&P URL with no message or photo.
1) We first set the share message in the form builder under "Thank You Message".
2) We since then replicated the exact same message in the Campaign Details, thinking this would help, but it didn't.
3) We then replicated the same message in the Organization Home section - so all three messages/settings match - yet we're still unable to correct it.
4) I brought the issue up in Live Support, where we tried the Facebook Object Debugger and were unsuccessful.
