    We posted all transactions from Feb. 21 to today as requested. They all have posted successfully.

    There are still a number of errors from transactions in January that we are waiting to post, based on communication with NIT and confirmed by your team.

    Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.

    We just tried to post them again but they result in the same error.

    RealZip is blocking us.

    The issue is with RealZip as it is returning error blocking us from posting to Salesforce.

    The above errors are from Feb. 22 to today. RealZip is not optimizing its queries and Salesforce blocks us as RealZip tries to capture our post before letting us save it. Given the number of Contacts in your instance, RealZip's queries run out of time. You have installed this app in your instance & made it a requirement before we can do anything.. as such it blocks us and we have no way out.

  • Connect is extremely slow and getting some errored transactions

    One of our event registrants (Nate Brassfield) contacted us to say he'd never gotten an acknowledgement from a VIP Event he registerred for. C&P appears to have created an event registration, but not created the contact or opportunity. If you go into our connect account (33189) you can find the payment by looking up his email. The status is error, but if you try to repost, it doesn't change from error. The C&P order number is: 33189-1802250936413898566. But Connect is extremely slow and if you try to look at a view of transactions, its dificult to get the screen to update. Normally, I would try to run a view and sort by the salesforce column to find any errored transactions, but I'm unable to do that right now.
