Receipt has incorrect TO when sent from Connect

  • Receipt has incorrect TO when sent from Connect

    If we generate a receipt from the Connect product, the from address is from one of our affilliates in Florida. We can't seem to figure out why the To: line of the email says SW Florida. Also, can't figure out how to update that to a more generic email. I've attached a copy of a receipt.

    The receipt is used for all of our field offices, so it shouldn't be specifically coming from one office. We originally used C&P for the SW Florida office, but that was on the old version of C&P that we accessed via the portal.

        We have reviewed the issue and realized what is going on.

        Your campaign was originally set up with the information you are seeing now. After having set the from name & email it seems like the campaign was changed to follow the Setting fields. While this change works correctly when a donation is being made through the forms, the SEND RECEIPT in the Transaction is sending the receipt using the original campaign information. We realize this is not consistent and will have an update made to unify the behavior. The update is currently scheduled for tomorrow, Feb. 23, 2018.

        We will update this thread once the update is live.
