I notice that your website is not secure, do you have a secure page where you can embed the donation form? If not, you might find it better to link directly to the form.

I'll take a look at your page and see if I can determine why the form isn't showing.

I think I have found the issue; however, I will need to speak with a developer in the morning about the best fix. It has to do with your site allowing us to calculate the size of the form. I will update you as soon as I can, or one of the other members of our team will suggest a solution.

Please note that the site should be secure (HTTPS://) in order to load the form. Since your website is secured we have included HTTPS// and it works without any issues:

Thank you for looking into this. I thought our website was secure, we went through this process with our developer. What are you suggesting I do or tell my developer?

Your site is secure but you are not using the secure URL. Please use https://www.captainplanetfoundation.org/donate/ instead of http://www.captainplanetfoundation.org/donate/

You may ask your web developer to redirect your website from http:/// to https://
