  • Active form missing and SKUs disappeared

    Good day,

    We're reaching out to please ask for support on two issues we encountered:

    First, the giving/donation amount levels we had set up via the campaign SKUs are suddenly no longer showing up on our active form (please see link below). Instead, only one donation amount box now shows. We thought it was because the campaign expired, but there is no end date on the only campaign we have. Perhaps we set expiration dates for the SKUs in error?

    Second, upon checking into this via the Connect site, we noticed that the form was no longer being displayed under the Form Builder > Saved Forms section and that the Payment Details items/SKUs had "reset" to more generic giving levels. Please see attached screenshot, which shows us starting to rebuild the form, not the missing form.

    Is there any way to please restore the current form into our Connect site? We have already added the SKUs back under Payment Details.

    Yes, in case of an expiration date, those levels will disappear from the form. I have forwarded this to our developers to investigate the issue and will get back to you shortly.

      Ah, we reviewed and found that the above form is related to expired Campaign which is the reason you don't see it on the Active list of Campaigns. Please select all Campaigns and you will find the expired Campaign and form as well.

      You may extend the expired date of the Campaign and use the form.

        Thank you so much! I really appreciate the fast support. I just removed the expiration dates from the campaign and SKUs, and everything is working again as expected. I had missed that option to find inactive campaigns. Daniel
