Transaction not charging correct amount

We set up a campaign with form, for single payment of $500.00. Campaign is called International Student Application. Account is 35412. There is only one choice available at $500.00, but that is not what got charged. Order number of the transaction in question is 35412-1801081818456080843. Transaction says it only charged $20.00.

Please help!

May I ask what the link is to the form? We see the amount posted to the payment engine is $20. Once we see the form we can determine what is going on.

Quite a strange case indeed.

We have been working on this case trying to determine the root cause of this. We have identified the issue and have resolved it. The form was not saved correctly and was processing the default value instead of what was on the button.

The issue has been resolved and your form works now. We have done a couple of tests forcing a decline so you should have those declined transactions in your system.
