  • Payments not Processing & Cannot Edit Profile

    We're trying to make sure our GA Gives donation page is working. The test I ran wouldn’t go through on two different cards. It has a message at the bottom that says, "Fix Error: Decline"

    Please advise on where to check our banking/payment info to make sure it's up-to-date.

    I’m also currently not able to edit our page - https://www.gagives.org/c/GGD/a/familiesfirst It keeps directing me back to the C&P log-in after I click the Give Big login under the “Launcher.” Thank you!

    You will need to first login into the Connect and from there you may login into the GA Gives. Please refer to the following tutorial: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...g-how-to-login

    Regarding the declines, I have forwarded this to our accounts department and they are going to contact your shortly.
