  • Receipts being generated multiple times for old transaction

    The following is a email I received about transactions for one of out accounts (35437) which has been generating receipts over and over again since Saturday for the same thing. The example provided is a transaction (35437-1711101718446602170) from April!

    Hi Natalie,

    I hope I am addressing this to the right person. If not, please let me know who I should contact. Since Saturday, I keep receiving email receipts for the same three families (Kattampallil, Warrilow, Van Hazel) every three hours or so. I am assuming there is some sort of glitch in the system. Would you be able to help me correct this?

    Are you referring to Connect receipts or Autoresponder email? Please grant us access so that we can review it.

    The transaction you are referring to order#35437-1711101718446602170 is NOT from APRIL but it has been processed on 11/10/2017:

    Would you please share the correct order number so that we can review whats going on?

        We reviewed the above order number as well as the contacts you have mentioned above and don't see any issues. However, if you are referring to the Connect receipt then please share the order numbers so that we can review in the backend.

        While reviewing we found that you are version behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance to the latest release.
