Remove "Make this Donation Anonymously" and "Your Public Posted Comment"

Four+ years later, I have this issue. I've selected HIDE & updated the campaign (several times), but the Display my Name.... Comment section persists. (https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...29565765132809). The section doesn't show as something I can remove when I'm building the form either — it just appears after I click Update.

We reviewed the above form and don't see the Display Name or Comments as you mentioned. However, the options you are referring to earlier it was in the Live Stream section but with the latest update, it has been changed to Payment & Comment Stream.



We reviewed your account and found that it is set to Hide and as expected we don't see the Display Name and Comments in the form.

Note: While you change the options for Payment & Comment Stream from the drop-down menu, please wait until the page reloads otherwise it won't save the changes.

Right. As I noted in my post, it’s not on the form. Look at the live form as a donor would — not in the design mode.

Well, apparently the HIDE setting finally resolved overnight because I no longer see that section. But it didn't disappear immediately, which was troubling.
