Custom Question Map Field Settings - Object field missing

We have a custom question on our default campaign form:
"It's okay to contact me in the future" with two checkbox options: Yes and No. Defaults to No.

We are unable to map this to a standard field, Email Opt Out [HasOptedOutOfEmail] on the Contact object - it doesn't display on the Field Map.
