How can I move the right sidebar above the form on mobile? Currently on mobile is wraps to the bottom and the message is missed.

Sorry it is not possible to control the side bar. It is responsive page and will adjust the page automatically.
However, there is one possible workaround, you need to move the side from Right to Left this way in mobile it appears on top of the page.
