  • More than normal transactions being marked as "fraud"

    In our Connect Account, for donations made by the donor on one of our donation pages, I have noticed more than usual number of transactions being marked as fraud. We have not changed the fraud perameters that I am aware of. Can someone check to see if there is something wrong in the payment processing for this account?

    We reviewed and found that most of the transactions blocked for Lisa Cutler, we see that she processed multiple transactions with different cards and payment methods and due to multiple attempts through one IP address our Fraud scanner blocked such transactions. And for others it seems they have entered incorrect information as well as they have used different card which is the reason it has been caught by fraud system.

    However, we have removed them from blacklist and they may process the transactions now.
