Mobile Giving Page - how to make HTTPS:?

There is a C&P mobile giving page m.birdnote.org and we have lost track of where this is hosted and designed. We would like this page to be HTTPS (secure). Can you help us identify where the design of this page is controlled as well as help with making it HTTPS.
