Custom URL/Domain for Donation Form

Hi,

I am emailing on behalf of a client who uses C&P for Donation management. We were wondering if it is possible to customize the URL of a donation form/page so it matches my client's website? Just to be clear, we don't want to host the form on our website. We simply want to link to it, but we want the URL of the form to be different that what it is right now (connect.clickandpledge.com/....).
