Automated welcome email to new fundraisers

Is it possible to automate a welcome email to new fundraisers, just like the email they would get if they were rejected or deactivated?

Please note that fundraiser won't receive the email upon Automatic approval. In case of manual approval, while approving the fundraiser, Organization need to select whether or not to send the notification email to fundraiser:

Thank you. That is currently how we're doing it. I would request that automated emails for automated approvals be an option.
