Problems becoming a Fundraiser

I'm a User for the nonprofit I volunteer with and I'm creating Campaigns for them. I tried to become a Fundraiser for one of the campaigns, but it won't let me get past the screen seen in the attached image. I had previously tried to join for another org but was unsuccessful then also! I've tried to click on every button available but nothing happens, it just keeps bouncing back to this screen. I cannot set up a fundraiser profile. I need to get this resolved so I can try it out before sharing with our board and all of our other volunteers. I've submitted a work ticket, but the reply I got just told me to watch two fundraiser videos/slideshows, neither of which address this issue. I don't think they actually read my message or viewed my attached screenshot. Very frustrating.

Sorry for your frustration. We have tested the above with our test accounts and found NO issues with the fundraiser login. I am wondering if there is an issue with browser cache. Please clear the browser cache OR test it in new browser and let us know what you see.

Also, please share the fundraiser user name you are logging with so that we can review it.

I tried Firefox and the exact same thing happens. The user name is [email protected]
