Custom Questions Condition setting errors

I have set up condition in the custom questions of one of our campaigns, and I am not sure if it is because of the number of conditions or if there is another error at play. The first section/question has 14 options in a pick list for answers. There are 14 separate sections, each that are conditioned to come up with another question depending on the answer from the first question. Three of those condition do not show up when picked. Can you help?

The account is 35429, the campaign is Annual Teacher Fund. I have several other accounts I have done the same thing with, and have had no problem. The website is https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...f-81b574d21aab. The question is "Recognize my annual $1,500+ donations on the school plaque like the example:" and as an example, when picking "Mickey Mouse" the conditional question that is supposed to pop up does not.
