Hello. I’m a fairly new user. I can log into the legacy portal using my username and password, but when I try to log into Connect, it says it doesn’t recognize my username. Can you help?

In moving to Connect, only the ADMIN users in Portal can login to Connect. The user permissions are totally different in Connect so the only type of user we can possibly port are the admin users.
Are you an admin your account? if not an admin needs to define you as a user.
