Hi. A patron tried to purchase via our WooCommerce cart but the transaction was hanging. WC showed "Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled." I was able to run a successful purchase using WooCommerce and my own browser (and it showed up as a transaction in Connect (order number 29220-1709061557384451006) but NOT in Salesforce in C&P Transactions. It does show in C&P Data (Transaction-8098).
I asked the fellow to try again. He did but no luck with the same error in WC. I got his CC info and ran the order on my end using the WooCommerce cart. It appeared to be successful in WooCommerce and a receipt was issued (WC order Order #25934), but there is no transaction in Connect, nor any info in C&P Data.
I thought maybe salesforce needed to be reauthorized so I tried to reconnect in Connect (Settings/3rd Party Integrations/Salesforce/Verify) and it says Connected, but I see no new data.
