Receipt showing "donation options" instead of transaction fee

Hi,

I went to live support yesterday we couldn't figure out why our receipts are displaying the additional fee as "donation options." I am using one of the receipt templates. Please see the attached photos for an example receipt and what the template is showing. I would like the receipt to show the donor what their donation was, the additional fee (if applicable) and then the total amount charged. Thank you!

May I know from where this transactions are coming from? Would you please share the order number?

The transactions are coming from the website. An example order number is: 38540-1708160503071105703 (but it happens every time someone opts-in to pay the additional transaction fee)

We reviewed and found that you have customized the Additional Fee section in the Form:



By default it is set to Additional Fee, in case of customizing the section name in the form, it will override the Campaign details settings for Additional fee Item name and pull the same name into the receipts.
