Hide Live Stream and associated form fields

Hi all,

We want to hide to live stream (Display my name, Your public comment, etc) from all of our Campaigns and widgets. I tried updating the first one by going to Campaign details --> Live stream --> Live stream --> and changing the picklist to "Hide". This seems to have removed the Live Stream itself from here:

https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/transgenderlawcenter/campaign/donate

But we also want to remove the fields from the widget and that change did not remove the fields. See attached. How can we hide those fields from our widgets?

Hiding the Live Stream will remove complete section from the form. However, we reviewed the widget associated with the above Campaign and we didn't find that section there as well: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...1-8d915daa0a44
