How To Disable Connect Form?

Hi, we created a connect form to collect money for people who would like to table at our event. We are now out of tables and want to disable the form and show a message that says all the tables are sold. However, I can't figure out how to do this in connect. Please advise.

Sorry but the feature you are looking is NOT available in the current system. However, I have forwarded this to our developers to see the possibilities to include in the upcoming releases.
