    Good afternoon,
    we are in the middle of a fundraiser and SKUs are not mapping correctly so our Opportunities are not updating correctly. In our campaign named "2017 Housing With Love Walk" I have added a SKU suffix for all levels of "HWLW". Then in Salesforce, I have updated C&P Settings to do the following but they are not occuring:
    - If SKU includes HWLW a specific name is used
    - If SKU includes HWLW, the Opportunity Primary Campaign = 2017 Housing With Love Walk

    I am getting an error on the campaign ID even though I am typing in the name and selecting from list, the Opportunities are being attributed to an older campaign. Also, the Opportunity names are not updating as they should.

    Please help! I have granted login access.

    Good morning,
    it looks like the campaign issue was addressed but I am still not able to fix the Opportunity Name and also I do not understand why the SKUs are coming through as HWLWHWLW
    Can you please:
    1) Explain all the places where a SKU is determined
    2) Help me automate Opportunity Names when the SKU is (or includes) HWLW to be: HWLW{%20}Contact Name{%20}-{%20} Date (MM-DD-YY)

        Regarding the opportunity name, as I mentioned above, we do this successfully all the time and I already follow the correct steps. However, the naming is not working and I suspect that it is related to the SKU issue.

            As I mentioned in my second post, I have updated C&P settings so that Opportunity Name read the following when the SKU includes HWLW: HWLW{%20}Contact Name{%20}-{%20} Date (MM-DD-YY)

            This is not occurring despite SKUs being correct.

              The reason it is NOT occurring despite SKUs being correct under C&P Settings is because of the NPSP settings. Please see below image, based on the below NPSP settings the opportunity name is customizing:

                I am not sure that is the case as I have used those NPSP settings for a year and the SKU setting has always been able to supersede the NPSP settings with all other Opportunities.

                  I think you will need to review the above NPSP Settings as that what it appears to our developers.
