Is it possible to set a campaign or form so that more than one item can be selected?

We are trying to create a form in which the user can select one or multiple payment amounts from a list. But currently with the radio button settings you can only select one at a time. Is it possible to change this? Or is that only possible when using the Event Management app....

In Connect you may have open fields where the donor enters an amount, in open fields, for multiple line items. For example:

-- Scholarship Fund
-- Building Fund
-- Sponsorship Fund
-- Etc.

The open field option allows for someone to enter different amounts for multiple fields.

Fixed amounts over multiple fields in a radio button is not a feature supported at this time. This may only be done in Salesforce Event if you are planning to use this as event.
