Unable to view edits made to campaign payment form

I have made edits to the page above - which can be viewed when edited or in the preview mode - but the changes are not rolling over. I've trying saving, refreshing, updating and exiting, but the changes are still not visible. Is there something else I need to do?

Would you please let us know which section you have edited? Also, please attache the screen shot of the above form in preview mode so that we know whats going on?
