    Hi there,
    For recurring transactions that have been declined, our internal team receives an email with no subject line regarding the decline. We are curious as to what this looks like from a donor's perspective. Are they also receiving an email without a subject line?

    Declined notification email for recurring transaction are sent to the Organization but NOT to the donors.
