Additional Fee on Donation Form

I have included the Additional Fee on a Donation Form I have created. The text indicates this is an option, yet I do not see where the Donor can either accept or decline the Additional Fee. Is this possible or is the fee automatically charged once I enable this function?

For us, after a donation amount is selected the a new section on the donation form appears with this option for the donor. See the attached screenshot of what this new section looks like.

I didn't see this section appear, what appeared when I donation amount was selected is
the text in a box, please see below. Is there something I need to do to enable the box as you indicated in your screen shot?

The reason it won't appear that option for you because you have selected the Automatic option for Additional Fee. If you select Opt-In, then the options will appear on the donation page.
