Forms defaulting to Netherlands, Hong Kong, etc.,

Hi,

We are running into an issue with our payment forms' default addresses filling in with random countries. Sometimes it is the United States, but other times it is not. We would prefer for the forms to default to the US at all times.

I see what you are referring to. I have forwarded this to our developers and hopefully it will be addressed in the next update.
