We would like to send out a custom email prior to donors receiving the "official" receipt. Is there a way to delay the receipt by a specified time period?

Is there capability to completely turn off generic receipts and do a manual send?Comment

Good day kkosak
In the Connect campaign > Receipt set the send receipt to false.
Once set to false no receipt will be sent to the donor / patron. The organization always receives a copy of the receipt but the patron receipt may be set to OFF.
