Customize Receipt subject

For checkout forms in Portal, it was possible (or perhaps the default) to include the donor name in the subject line of the receipt email. Where can I customize the subject of a custom receipt sent by Connect? I can only find fields relevant to the body of the email. (This is not the Autoresponder letter.)

No, we don't have the customization for the receipt subject in the Connect nor in the old portal.

Can you look at this from my perspective and take a look at the default subject line of a receipt coming from Portal and compare it to the one coming from Connect? Are they identical? If not, what are the differences.

Hi there,

Ben was helping me setup donation pages using connect yesterday which is where we came across this issue. The receipt on the old portal had a subject line like "Receipt[$ 30.00] : 60126Z : Jane & Ben Simon173217565841539212376"

Now, receipts are bunching into one conversation with the subject "Receipt Urban Adamah."

The benefits of the old way are two fold. One, they show up as unique emails in my gmail inbox and don't bunch into one conversation. Two, I could tell when a donation from a particular donor came in without needing to open my email.

Any ideas on how to get those benefits using Connect? Those benefits are significant enough that I might need to switch back to the old portal if there isn't a solution in Connect.

Please note that the copy of receipt will send to the Organization which always includes the name of the donor in the subject line but donor won't see his name in subject line except the Organization name to which he donated.
