I am not able to process a temp contact in SF unless I am logged in with the connected account. How to I make permissions such that a SF user profile has that available?

Good day @ehall
The process is quite simple. All you have to do is to go to the User and add the proper permission set for the user.Our permission sets are shown below:
The ones shown on the right hand side will provide all permissions for all the PaaS & Event app. There are other sets that are more restricted so you may choose them if you want the limited permissions.
Please try it and let us know if you need more help. We can always do this for you but if you know how it is done it may be easier for you.Regards,

Permission sets cannot be assign to the profile. You may assign those permissions to any user.Regards,
