  • Mismatch Transactions

    Hello. A donor received a receipt (attached) and the transactions in Connect Click&Pledge do not add up. There are 3 transactions listed on Connect Click & Pledge for 3/7/2017 for Diana de Malignon:

    Order Number: 35432-1703071333096226517 amount is $500.00 (VISA)
    1. Payment is listed as “posted” to Salesforce.
    2. Payment is listed as “decline”.

    Order Number: 35432-1703071334104436517 amount is $16.66 (VISA)
    1. Payment is posted as “posted” to Salesforce.
    2. Payment is listed as “delince”.

    Order Number: 35432-1703071337547034300 amount is $166.66 (eCheck)
    1. Payment is listed as “posted” to Salesforce.
    2. Payment is listed as “authorized”.

    The only differences I saw in the 3 payments is that the one paid by eCheck was a reoccurring payment. Only the VISA transactions were declined. I am still confused why the donation receipt says the numbers it does. Any insight you have on this will be very helpful!

    We reviewed and found that the receipt which you are referring to is NOT generic receipt but the Autoresponder which you have defined.

    However, we have identified the issue and fixed it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
