  • Campaign Processing Incorrect Transaction Amounts

    We're in the middle of a month-long campaign and fundraisers are telling us that while their donors try to give a certain amount, their receipt (and the transaction from our end) shows a different amount being charged, usually $10 or less. Someone will try to give $100 and end up giving $9 instead, and try again with the same result, causing them to feel very frustrated-- so this is a BIG problem from both a fundraising and customer service standpoint. The error has happened at least 5 times that we know of, both with donors who selected an amount from the radio button options and with those who typed their own value. I'm sure there are others who have not realized or not reached out to us.

    That is an known issue which has been already fixed last week. The issue is with google chrome autocomplete NOT C&P.
