Additional Fee section not showing on donation form

Hi there,

I have encountered this twice now (in two different orgs). The campaign in Connect is set up with the additional fee "Enabled - Opt-In," but the form is not showing the additional fee section. I've tried clearing my internet cache, and disabling the additional fee and updating the form, then re-enabling the fee and saving the form again. All with no luck.

Solved! Thank you Kami! The issue was that the additional donation section does not show until an amount has been selected or entered on the donation form.
