Form builder: Input fields are colored despite setting white background

Hi- We have a form that in the builder keeps setting the input fields (name, questions, etc) to a red background in the builder and then a green background when we preview or look at the live form. I've set the background in form builder to white multiple times, but as soon as you save it reverts to this weird red preview/green live scenario. Screen shots attached.

Update: It is only true when the form is edited and/or viewed in chrome. I've had several coworkers test w/ same results: different addons, mac/pc, etc.
