  • Click and Pledge Salesforce 'Connection' and 'Update Failure'

    I received the 2 emails below regarding the connection between the Click&Pledge account and Salesforce. I followed the instructions from the link in the article and attached a picture of our established connection. If the connection is set up correctly, why are we getting error notifications?

    We reviewed and found that the Account#35412 which is direct connected to SF and shared Account for all of your Accounts are disconnected. Please login and re-establish the connection for the Account#35412.

      Hello. As you can see from the picture attached, that account is connected to Salesforce. However, when I go into a different account (and Salesforce is connected there too) and try to "post to salesforce" transactions that are marked "error", they do not post after 30 seconds. They remind in "error". See picture attached.

        We found NO issues with posting. We have posted all the error transactions without any issues.

          Hello. There are more errors that haven't posted. Should I manually post all of these? What is the difference between "error" and "in progress"?

            We reviewed and found that the order numbers which is listed in the above image is already posted to your instance. Yes, you may now post those data to SF without any issues.

              Some are allowed me to post to Salesforce and some are not. Here are two examples from Mesa that are not allowing me to post to Salesforce:

                We reviewed and found that above both order numbers are already posted to your instance at the time of transaction processed. I see that it is not updated the status of Salesforce in Connect for which I have forwarded to our developers to see whats going on.

                  Thank you for following up with the developers on that. For BASIS Tucson North (35437), the items listed in error do not seem to be posting even after I try to post them.

                    Chandler Primary North Campus (35468) is also not posting to Salesforce.

                      Chandler Primary North IS posting, however, Tucson North is NOT.
