When I login to C&P Connect and use the search bar to look up an order number or customer's name, it runs the search and says "no results", even though if I trawl backwards through todays transactions I can find the transaction # and name I just searched. So the search bar seems to be malfunctioning. I've tried in different browsers and clearing my cache. This has happened repeatedly over the last few days, to me and to my colleague. Can you advise? It is very frustrating having to scroll backwards through all our transactions to find the one I need.
