  • Cannot save End Date for a future date on a Connect campaign when using Chrome

    A client of ours is unable to change the End Date of a campaign to a future date when using Chrome. They have successfully changed the end date to a future date when using Internet Explorer. The client is using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) when the problem occurs.

    Is this a known issue? If so, what is a viable workaround?

    Our client is National Inventors Hall of Fame in case you need to reference their account.

    We appreciate your assistance with this challenge.

      The organization's tests are still unsuccessful when using Chrome. The issue is still present. Let me know what further information we can provide.

        Please ask them to go to browser setting and clear their local cache.

        We have seen, at times, browser cache is not updating. Let them clear the "Cache" and let us know if they still have issues. We tested their account on the same browser and version# you mentioned above and see no issues.

          We have tested this with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with no issues.

          Would you please clear your browser's cache and try. We have tested this in Chrome 56, and 57 with no issues.

            Perfect. Clearing the cache worked and the client is able to make the necessary changes.
