FormBuilder editing buttons are not working

  • FormBuilder editing buttons are not working

    I'm trying to edit a form today, and none of the buttons in the right column are expanding or opening when I click them. I'm on Windows and I've tried 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). What's going on?
    I'm referring to this list.
    • General Settings
    • Page Header
    • Transaction Total
    • Sections
    • Sections Title
    • Item Labels & Input Fields
    • Custom Questions Header
    • Amount Buttons
    • Add Text/Image Block
    • Submit Button
    • Footer
    • 'Thank You' Message
    • Final Links
    • Salesforce Settings

    May I ask that you clear your browser cache? We had an update today and the cache in your browser may be the issue.

    A couple of new features are now live but we will announce them later.

    Let me know if that works

      Having the same issue. We cleared our browser history and are still unable to edit.

        Please note-- this is not related to history. It is related to Cache. For example for Chrome:

        Please clear the CACHE and let us know if you still have problem.

          I followed your instructions and cleared the cached images and files from the beginning of time and still unable to edit.

            We have reviewed your account and have tested this in various browsers & versions.

            May I ask what is your browser & version? We want to test it with that version. Chances are there is an issue with something somewhere.. we just don't know where. If we know your browser & version we can install & test with that version.

            If all fails, are you able to attend the office hour so we can see what is going on with your account as you interact with it. As I said we cannot duplicate the issue. The only reason for this is if your browser cache has cached a script that has been updated. Of course this cannot be the case since you have cleared your cache. That possibility being out, we don't have any other paths to move.

            Once we know your browser version we can investigate this further. Sorry for the inconvenience.

                I'm experiencing the same issue, and have done the above listed steps, as well. I'm using Chrome version 55.0.2883.87

                  Good day NWMOCAC

                  This is not a released version of Chrome. Based on my knowledge of Chrome this is still in beta.

                  I have the same version and it works fine.. but we do not support this publicly yet.

                    What is your account number?

                    Please also tell me which form you have a problem with and in which campaign.

                    Have you cleared the cache? and if so what does exactly happen? can you send me a screenshot?

                      Also tried Firefox 51.0, it is all of the Campaigns/Forms that are not editable. Account is: New York Academy of Medicine (36932)

                      Yes, the Cache has been cleared. Not sure what to send a screenshot of, but see attached. When I click on any of the sidebar items under Settings, nothing happens. They do turn blue when you hover over them and I am able to edit text boxes on the form but nothing else.

                          Would you please do the following steps:
                          • Edit the form
                          • When the form is open in edit mode click on Control + F5 (this removes the cache)
                          I understand you say you have done this but may I ask that you do this again. This means the cache is on the last version and it is a conflict.

                            We have not heard back about your issue and if the Control F5 has solved the issue. Our challenge is we have not heard about this issue from other clients and we have tested your account and see no issues.

                            Have you tried the recommendation? Do you still have the problem?
