I have a C&P Events event that is set to post to a Connect Campaign. It s posting to the campaign correctly but the receipt assigned to the campaign is not being sent. C&P account number 35167.

Are you receiving the default receipt instead of the receipt which you have assigned? Would you please grant us login access and share the SF OrgID as well as the Event Name and Order number?

So here is the odd thing.
This order number 1701181007528281817 did not get the connect receipt
But this order number 1701180829052640366 did get the connect receipt.
I can't find any reason for this.Comment

It seems that for above two order numbers which didn't receive the receipt is because at the time of processing the above two transactions the send receipt option is not enabled under Event > Messages > Send Receipt:
However, we found that now it is enabled. Moving forward if you find any issues with sending receipt please let us know.Regards,
