  • Downloading report

    Hi,
    I have a custom report, but every time I try to download it, it kicks me out of the Connect portal. Our org ID is 19594.

        Good day laurenvelardi

        We have reviewed the issue and identified 2 issues.
        1. There are transactions in the list from the legacy system as invoice which were ill formed for the new report. We have resolved the issue with those transactions so it should no longer cause the problem.
        2. There are a lot of records in this report and is resulting in a timeout with the output. We are going to add provisions to limit the number of records that may be included in a report in a future release.
        May we ask that you limit your report to 2 blocks of six months or to 4 reports, one for each quarter? The total number of records in your report is about 18,000 records. Even in Salesforce output is limited to a maximum of 10,000 records. If you limit the start and end date to six months it should not cause any issues.
